Street lights illuminate the tall grass and trees

This morning at 5:15am it was -10F/-23C so logically I head out to look for my photo. I cannot wait for June, though being out in the dark and cold with only the newspaper delivery guys was a nice, calm way to start my day.

thank you. You know, I was wondering which constelation I caught. It was a happy accident finding it in the frame; I was primarily focused on the grass, trees and rail.

  It sits a lot lower in the sky for you than it does here in the UK. As you get to know your camera and its settings more you could have a go at doing star trails, they can create some beautiful images.

    I’ve seen pictures of star trails and will give them a shot before the year is up.
