Day 100: I am still taking pictures of snow

100 snow on branch

One hundred days ago I took a picture of a snow shovel buried in a snow bank. Today, on April 10th, I take a picture of snow on a leaf bud. This has been a challenging winter/spring in my part of Minnesota. I’m waiting for the green, yellow, red and lavender hues of spring to emerge. Waiting, always waiting.

  1. Us too, Luke. We are 15 degrees below normal and no sign of normal temps in the next week. It’s getting.very.old. 😉 I can’t wait to photograph things that aren’t white. My husband and I are spending some time in France this summer, so I console myself that, if not before, the Mediterranean will get me out of my white rut.
